Returns Policy

 

We appreciate your purchase at Noosa Active. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.

  1. Return Period: The return window is 30 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  1. Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with your returned product.
  1. Incorrect or Damaged Items: If the product is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue (images/videos).. We will replace or refund these items at no additional cost to you.
  1. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return which may take up to 3 days from receipt, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
  1. Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt of your order. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, send us an email at contactus@noosaactive.com and we'll be happy to assist. We offer one free exchange of the same item to a different size so that your perfect fit is guaranteed!
  1. Return Shipping: To return your product, mail it to our return centre at: Noosa Active Pty Ltd, P.O. Box 360, Noosaville, QLD 4566, Australia. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  1. Exceptions: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned for health and safety reasons, such as swimwear, underwear, and socks.
  1. International Orders: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on orders shipping to destinations outside of Australia.

By making a purchase with us, you agree to our return policy. Please note that this return policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
